NTC knows how to keep their team members cool this summer! During each month of the summer season, NTC offers our team member refreshing summer lunches and snacks such as Kona Ice shaved ice in June, a summer cookout lunch in July and an ice cream truck filled with old school treats in August!
Aside from our summer perks, we also encourage team member to dress up during our themed days throughout the year. NTC likes to shakes things up once in awhile to radiate positivism throughout the workplace. During these themed weeks, we notice an increase of employee morale and productivity in our team members. We have hosted theme days such as Disney Day, Sports Day, Dapper Day, and we are looking forward to our Tropical Day during the month of June.
