NTC highlights the successes and community efforts in 2017
As we are all excited to see what 2018 has in store for us, we want to share some of the highlights that 2017 has brought NTC last year. Between our community efforts and our employee benefits, we are only going to grow more this year.
Our Human Resources division added over five new benefits for team members, including an Employee Assistance Program, higher 401K matching, and an HSA account through our insurance provider that rewards our employees with incentives and rewards for staying healthy.
A big part of NTC’s mission is to encourage team members to move up in the company and promote from within. We are proud to announce that NTC has promoted 76 employees in 2017, ranging from managers to chief level executives. We are honored to have such dedicated and hardworking team members and we hope to promote more this year.
One of our major successes has been our community efforts and volunteerism in 2017, capping out at 492.5 hours of community service. NTC takes pride in being active and supporting our community and we plan on continuing and expanding our efforts in 2018.
While 2017 was a good year for us, we look forward to what 2018 brings NTC.
