Every summer, 1 in 4 children across the Tampa Bay area go hungry. Many of these families are food restricted, where they do not have the easy access of feeding nutritional foods to their families and run the risk of not having enough to eat during the summer. NTC is proud to play a part along with several others who contributed to Feeding Tampa Bay's Cereal for Summer food drive. Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) employees donated 76 pounds of food and collected $90 as part of their summer food drive to benefit F.E.A.S.T. (Food Emergency And Services Team) Palm Harbor Food Pantry in July. FEAST Pantry is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian organization that relies on the generosity of our local service community - individuals and groups - to provide financial support and food for local families in need. Everyday local businesses such as Publix, Starbucks and Panera Bread donate food. Neighbors volunteer their time to sort, pack and hand out groceries. The Boy Scouts and local letter carriers conduct food drives to supply the pantry with over 25 tons of food - and it is still not enough!

(NTC) officials recently attended the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce's Not-For-Profit Business Council meeting to assist in planning a networking event for young professionals and to also show continued support of philanthropic efforts within the community. The session was called to begin planning an upcoming event to be held in early April, designed to bring local non-profit organizations together with businesses and budding professionals who are interested in philanthropy.

It was an afternoon to remember at the 2013 Fast 50 Awards Luncheon on behalf of the Tampa Bay Business Journal that recognized the 50 fastest growing, privately held companies in Tampa Bay and announce their ranking order on the list, as well as announce the 10 fastest growing companies based on total revenue gain over the same 3-year period.
