Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc. (NTC) is an award-winning, expert research, audit and document processing provider in the residential mortgage industry. Our expert team is able to track and fulfill county document requirements in over 3,600 county recording jurisdictions nationwide. That’s why we’ve provided our expertise to most of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, servicers and investors for over 25 years. 

Originally founded in 1991 and located in California, we relocated to Palm Harbor, FL in 2002. Since our founding, we’ve grown to operate a five building campus employing over 400 trained mortgage professionals. Today we are one of the country's largest lien release and assignments provider.

Our Dallas, Texas office includes a new data center which insures service levels won’t be impacted in case of an emergency. The company’s land records and document experts are able to track and fulfill county document requirements in all 3600+ recording jurisdictions nationwide.

NTC’s mission is to deliver the highest level of accuracy in research and document processing services. We assist the mortgage banking industry, protect homeowner documents, and preserve our nation’s land records.

PTO is accrued as follows

  • Within the first 2 years year you will accrue 10 days per year
  • Each year between the 3rd and 9th you will accrue 15 days per year
  • Each year between the 10th and 19th you will accrue 20 days per year
  • And 20 years onward you will accrue 25 days per year

Employee Training


At NTC, we maintain a list of over 100 different training courses that pertain to nearly 50 distinct positions within the company. NTC has some positions within the company that require as many as 10 additional training courses and can take months to complete. Around two-thirds of NTC employees are actively engaged in some form of training related directly to their positions. As of 2015, 210 employees were in the process of training for advancement or cross-training -- this represents 70% of our current workforce.
