Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc. (NTC) is an award-winning, expert research, audit and document processing provider in the residential mortgage industry. Our expert team is able to track and fulfill county document requirements in over 3,600 county recording jurisdictions nationwide. That’s why we’ve provided our expertise to most of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, servicers and investors for 25 years. 


Originally founded in 1991 and located in California, we relocated to Palm Harbor, FL in 2002. Since our founding, we’ve grown to operate a five building campus employing over 400 trained mortgage professionals. Today we are one of the country's largest lien release and assignments provider.


Our Dallas, Texas office includes a new data center which insures service levels won’t be impacted in case of an emergency. The company’s land records and document experts are able to track and fulfill county document requirements in all 3600+ recording jurisdictions nationwide.


NTC’s mission is to deliver the highest level of accuracy in research and document processing services. We assist the mortgage banking industry, protect homeowner documents, and preserve our nation’s land records.

Employee Training


At NTC, we maintain a list of over 100 different training courses that pertain to nearly 50 distinct positions within the company. NTC has some positions within the company that require as many as 10 additional training courses and can take months to complete. Around two-thirds of NTC employees are actively engaged in some form of training related directly to their positions. As of 2015, 210 employees were in the process of training for advancement or cross-training -- this represents 70% of our current workforce.

  • Insurance after 60 days of employment (Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Supplemental) 
  • Paid Holidays after 90 days
  • 401K after 6 months
  • PTO begins accruing on the first day of employment, and is available for use after the 90 dayanniversary.

PTO is accrued as follows:

  • Within the first year, 5 PTO days are accrued
  • Each year between the 2nd and the 9th, 10 PTO days are accrued per year
  • Each year between 10th and 19th, 15 PTO days are accrued per year
  • Each year from 20 onward, 20 PTO days are accrued per year
